Grant Available for Community Projects Addressing Violence Against Women and Girls in Causeway Coast and Glens

Grant Announcement for Community Organisations

Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council is inviting community and voluntary groups to learn more about the forthcoming Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Grant. This funding, provided by The Executive Office, aims to support projects that advance the prevention outcomes set out in the Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Strategic Framework.

Information Sessions

Three information sessions will be held for interested organisations to explore the grant’s priorities, discover ideas for potential projects, and understand the application requirements. Attendance at one of these sessions is mandatory for those planning to apply. Council representatives will be on hand to clarify eligibility criteria and outline the timeframe for submitting proposals.

For further details or to register for an information session, email [email protected]. Please include your organisation’s name and indicate which session you wish to attend.

Next Steps for Applicants

This grant presents an opportunity for local groups to develop community-led initiatives that help to end violence towards women and girls. By taking part in the sessions and applying for funding, organisations can contribute to a safer, more supportive environment across the region.

Community and voluntary groups are encouraged to attend a session and then submit an application once the grant programme officially opens.
